Hope’s Heroes is here to honor the medically fragile child in your life! Ruler of Hope will host a fundraiser in your hero’s honor for a designated week. We will tell the child’s story through our social media accounts and match all donations up to $1000!

Who Are Hope’s Heroes?
•    A medically fragile child (age 1 day old to under 21) who has a critical or chronic illness will be considered, subject to terms and conditions.

How to Submit:
•    Fill out the Hope’s Heroes Nomination Form below.
•    Ruler of Hope will contact the parent/guardian if the child has been nominated as a Hope’s Hero!
